微量采血管对Cu Zn Ca Mg Fe元素检测的影响

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨微量采血管对原子吸收光谱法检测Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe的影响。方法 分别用微量采血管和移液器吸样检测40份全血样本,分为微量采血管组和移液器吸样组;对40份用微量采血管浸泡于稀释液后的浸泡液进行检测,设为浸泡组,在相同条件下检测40份不加任何试剂为空白对照组。比较浸泡组与对照组、微量采血管组和移液器吸样组检测结果的差异。结果 微量采血管浸泡组中Zn、Ca、Fe的含量明显高于试剂空白对照组(P<0.01)。与移液器吸样组相比,微量采血组检测结果中Zn、Ca浓度明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 微量采血管对微量元素检测中的Zn、Ca结果影响较大,在进行微量元素检测时有必要做好空白对照以尽可能减少相关影响。

Influence of micro blood collection tube on detection of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of micro blood collection tube on detection of copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg) and iron(Fe) using atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Methods 80 samples of whole blood were divided into the micro blood sampling group(n=40) and the pipette sampling group(n=40) and they were examined for Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe by micro blood collection tube and pipette respectively. 40 samples which used micro blood collection tubes were soaked in the diluent, and were taken as the soaking group. Under the same conditions, 40 blank reagents without any samples were taken as the control group. The test results between the micro blood sampling group and the pipette sampling group, the soaking group and the control group were compared.Results The levels of Zn, Ca and Fe in the soaking group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Compared with those in the pipette sampling group, the levels of Zn and Ca in the micro blood sampling group were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The results of Zn and Ca in the determination of trace elements are greatly influenced by micro blood collection tubes. It is necessary to set up blank controls using micro blood collection tubes to reduce the impact on the detection of trace elements.
