| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨应用MRC肌功能矫治器治疗口腔不良习惯并伴有错（牙合）畸形患儿的矫治效果。方法 将2011-03～2014-03到该院就诊的患儿按就诊单双日随机分为试验组（13例）和对照组（12例），试验组选择合适的软质MRC肌功能矫治器（以Infant型为主）对患儿进行矫治；对照组采用传统的功能性矫治器进行矫治。比较两组矫治口腔不良习惯效果，同时比较两组家长对矫治器佩戴的舒适度、矫治效果的主观评价。结果 试验组矫治口腔不良习惯效果的成功率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。试验组第1周、1个月、3个月佩戴顺利率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 MRC肌功能矫治器能较好地矫治儿童口腔不良习惯，且具有轻便、无损坏、造价低、技术敏感度低等优点，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of Myofunctional Research Company（MRC） muscle function corrector on treatment of children′s oral bad habits accompanied by malformed teeth.Methods 25 children with oral bad habits accompanied by malformed teeth were collected in our department from March 2011 to March 2014 and were divided into the treatment group(n=13) and the control group(n=12) according to odd days of filing. The treatment group was treated with soft MRC muscle function appliances(mainly the infant type) and the control group received the traditional functional corrector. The effect of correcting oral bad habits and the subjective assessments by the parents′ questionnaires were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of the treatment group(76.9%) was higher than that of the control group(66.7%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The success rates of wearing a fixed corrector in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group respectively at the first week, 1 month and 3 months of the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The MRC muscle function corrector has advantages of light weight, no damage, low cost and low technical sensitivity and is suitable for the treatment of children′s bad oral habits. |
