| ［摘要］ 乳腺癌是我国女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。当前，通过手术、放化疗、内分泌治疗、靶向治疗等综合治疗方式，乳腺癌患者的生存率显著提高。但上述治疗方式产生的心脏毒性已成为肿瘤幸存者常见的死亡原因，故在乳腺癌治疗过程中对心脏毒性的评估及心脏保护是很有必要的。该文对乳腺癌相关治疗引起的心脏毒性管理作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in Chinese women. At present, the survival rate of breast cancer patients has been gradually elevated by using comprehensive treatment methods such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and targeted therapy. However, the cardiotoxicity caused by the above treatments has become a common cause of death for cancer survivors, so it is necessary to evaluate cardiotoxicity and protect the heart during the treatments of breast cancer. This article focuses on the management of cardiotoxicity caused by breast cancer related therapies. |
