| ［摘要］ 目的 观察B-Lynch缝合术对宫缩乏力产妇产后出血的临床疗效。方法 选取该院妇产科2014-09～2017-09收治的90例宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇为研究对象，按治疗方法的不同分为观察组（n=45）和对照组（n=45），观察组采取B-Lynch缝合术治疗，对照组采取传统方法治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果 观察组输血量以及24 h出血量分别为（635.27±290.65）ml、（540.35±220.65）ml，对照组分别为（1260.35±366.54）ml、（1190.70±420.90）ml，观察组均少于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为11.11%，明显低于对照组的35.56%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 使用B-Lynch缝合术治疗宫缩乏力产妇产后出血，能明显提高临床治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of B-Lynch suture on postpartum hemorrhage in maternity patients with uterine inertia. Methods Ninety maternity patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia were selected as the study subjects in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of our hospital from September 2014 to September 2017. The patients were divided into study group(n=45) and control group(n=45) according to different treatment methods. The study group was treated with B-Lynch suture, and the control group was treated with traditional methods. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The blood transfusion volume and the 24-hour blood bleeding volume in the study group were less than those in the control group［(635.27±290.65)ml vs (1260.35±366.54)ml, (540.35±220.65)ml vs (1190.70±420.90)ml (P<0.05)］. The total rate of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(11.11% vs 35.56%)(P<0.05). Conclusion B-Lynch suture improves the clinical effect on postpartum hemorrhage in maternity patients with uterine inertia. |
