| ［摘要］ 随着器官移植技术的迅速发展，肝脏移植已经成为治疗终末期肝脏疾病的有效方法。然而，供肝短缺限制了肝移植的进一步发展。在实际临床应用中，边缘供体及扩大标准的供体使用也逐渐得到广泛开展，用以缓解器官供需之间的矛盾。该文结合郑州大学第一附属医院近年来在公民逝世后器官评估、维护及获取的相关经验进行介绍。为及时、有效、快速进行供肝的评估，进而保证移植受体的生存率及安全性提供相应的参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ With the rapid development of organ transplantation technology, liver transplantation has become an effective method for the treatment of end-stage liver diseases. However, the shortage of donor livers limits the further development of liver transplantation. In practical clinical applications, marginal donors and expanded standard donors have gradually been widely used to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of the organs. This article elaborates on the experience of organ evaluation, maintenance and acquisition after the death of citizens in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in recent years to provide reference for timely, effective and rapid assessment of the donor livers, and to ensure the survival rate and safety of the transplant recipients. |
