[摘要] 持续高血糖可导致肾脏微脉管系统的中断,渐进性损伤肾小球毛细血管和小管间质,也可以诱发血小板(platelet,PLT)的高凝状态。PLT通过改变形态、功能以及活化状态在糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)及血管并发症中扮演重要的角色。该文对PLT与DM及糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的相关性研究进展进行综述。 |

[Abstract] Hyperglycemia can lead to the interruption of renal microvascular system, progressive damage of glomerular capillary and tubulointerstitial, and also induce the hypercoagulability of platelet(PLT). PLT plays an important role in diabetes mellitus(DM) and vascular complications by changing its morphology, function and activation state. The correlation between PLT and DM and diabetic nephropathy(DN) is reviewed in this paper. |
