| ［摘要］ 血管紧张素Ⅱ2型受体（AT2R）是一个尚未完全被揭示的肾素-血管紧张素系统（RAS）受体，近年来，学者们越来越重视该受体在临床的应用潜力。同时该受体也是新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）的关键损伤因素之一。该文就AT2R的发现、发展与临床应用进行综述，为临床适应证提供思路。 |

| ［Abstract］ Angiotensin Ⅱ type-2 receptor(AT2R) is a renin-angiotensin system(RAS) receptor that has not been fully revealed. In recent years, scholars have paid more and more attention to the potential of AT2R in clinical application. At the same time, AT2R is also one of the key damage factors of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). In this paper, the advances in discovery, development and clinical application of AT2R are reviewed to provide ideas for clinical indications. |
