静动脉二氧化碳分压差在指导评估脓毒性休克治疗中的应用进展

摘要:
[摘要] 脓毒症和脓毒性休克是急危重症医学面临的重要临床问题,脓毒性休克在重症患者中发病率和病死率极高。静动脉二氧化碳分压差[P(v-a)CO2]与指导脓毒性休克液体复苏、评估组织氧供需、评估病情危重性和预后等密切相关。该文就P(v-a)CO2在指导评估脓毒性休克治疗中应用的研究进展作一综述。

Application progress of venous-to-arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference in guiding the evaluation for treatment of septic shock

Abstract:
[Abstract] Sepsis and septic shock are important clinical problems in emergency and critical care medicine. The morbidity and the mortality of septic shock in critically ill patients are very high. Venous-to-arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference[P(v-a)CO2] is closely related to the guidance of fluid resuscitation in septic shock, to the assessment of tissue oxygen supply and demand, and to the assessment of critical condition and the patients′ prognoses. In this paper, we review the research progress of the application of P(v-a)CO2 in guiding the evaluation for treatment of septic shock.
