| ［摘要］ 乳腺癌是高度异质性的疾病，而转移性乳腺癌作为其中预后最差的类型，目前标准治疗方式仍是全身治疗。临床上会根据患者的疾病进展情况，制定个体化治疗方案来改善患者的生存质量。液体活检是对体液进行采样和分析的过程，可以对多项肿瘤指标进行连续性监测。该文就液体活检技术在转移性乳腺癌诊疗中的应用进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Breast cancer is a highly heterogeneous disease, and metastatic breast cancer is the type with the worst prognosis. At present, the standard treatment of metastatic breast cancer is still systemic treatment. Clinically, accordingto the disease progression of patients, individualized treatment plans are formulated to improve the quality of life of the patients. Liquid biopsy is a process in which body fluids are sampled and analyzed, allowing continuous monitoring of multiple tumor indicators. This paper reviews the recent advances in application of liquid biopsy in diagnosis and treatment of metastatic breast cancer. |
