| ［摘要］ 目的 系统评估优质护理服务在胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者中的临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及患者满意度。方法 使用计算机检索国内外数据库在2023年4月之前公开发表的随机对照临床试验（RCTs），国内数据库包括万方、中国知网、维普，国外数据库包括PubMed、SCI、the Cochrane Library，并运用Cochrane偏倚评价工具对符合纳入标准的文献进行质量评价，提取研究特征和疗效评价相关数据，使用Revman软件进行Meta分析。结果 最终共纳入15项RCTs研究，共计1 105例。7项研究538例报告了住院时间结果，其效应值MD（95%CI）为-3.55（-4.96，-2.15）。14项研究1 005例报告了不良反应发生率，其效应值MD（95%CI）为0.17（0.11，0.26）。7项研究519例报告了护理满意度，其效应值MD（95%CI）为7.59（3.95，14.56）。13项研究916例报告了重症肌无力危象发生率，其效应值MD（95%CI）为0.25（0.13，0.49）。13项研究916例报告了肺部感染发生率，其效应值MD（95%CI）为0.17（0.10，0.30）。结论 优质护理服务在胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者中的临床疗效较好，不良反应发生率较低，患者满意度较高。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction of high-quality nursing services in thymoma patients with myasthenia gravis. Methods Randomized controlled clinical trials(RCTs) published before April 2023 were retrieved by computer from domestic and foreign databases. The domestic databases included Wanfang, China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI) and VIP, and the foreign databases included PubMed, science citation index(SCI), and the Cochrane Library, and Cochrane bias evaluation tool was used to evaluate the quality of the literature meeting the inclusion criteria, and the data related to the study characteristics and efficacy evaluation were extracted, and Revman software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 15 RCTs with a total of 1 105 cases were included. The length of hospital stay outcomes was reported in 7 studies with 538 cases, and its effect value MD(95%CI) was -3.55(-4.96, -2.15). The effect value MD(95%CI) was 0.17(0.11, 0.26) in 14 studies with 1 005 cases whose incidence of adverse events were reported. In 7 studies, 519 cases with nursing satisfaction were reported, and its effect value MD(95%CI) was 7.59(3.95, 14.56). In 13 studies, 916 cases with the incidence of myasthenia gravis crisis were reported and its effect value MD(95%CI) was 0.25(0.13, 0.49). In 13 studies, 916 cases with the incidence of pulmonary infection were reported, and its effect value MD(95%CI) was 0.17(0.10, 0.30). Conclusion High-quality nursing services in the thymoma patients with myasthenia gravis has better clinical efficacy, low incidence of adverse reactions, and higher patient satisfaction. |
