体外膜氧合技术在儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征中应用时机的探讨

摘要:
[摘要] 儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征(PARDS)仍是导致儿童较高病死率的危重症之一。体外膜氧合(ECMO)技术作为重要的挽救性治疗方案,目前已逐步开展。成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)已有相对明确的ECMO应用时机,而对PARDS尚无明确的应用时机推荐。对氧合指标、气体交换指标、有创通气呼吸机参数以及器官功能评分等指标进行持续监测和综合分析,有助于临床医师作出正确的ECMO干预决策。

An investigation on the application timing of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome

Abstract:
[Abstract] Pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome(PARDS) remains one of the critical illnesses leading to a higher mortality rate in children. Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO), as an important rescue therapy, has been gradually developed. There is a relatively clear application timing of ECMO in adult acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS), while there is no clear recommendation for the application timing of ECMO in PARDS.Continuous monitoring and comprehensive analysis of oxygenation index, gas exchange index, parameters of invasive ventilator and organ function score are helpful for clinicians to make correct ECMO intervention decisions.
