| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折合并股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法 2010-07～2015-05该科收治老年股骨粗隆间骨折合并股骨头坏死患者19例，均行人工髋关节置换术，评价其临床疗效。结果 所有病例均获得随访，随访时间10～25个月，平均15.4个月，所有病例均获得骨性愈合，假体位置良好，疗效依照Harris标准评估，优8例，良9例，可2例，优良率为89.5%。结论 应用人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折合并股骨头坏死避免了二次手术，减少了并发症发生，是一种理想的治疗方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effect of total hip replacement on the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated with femur head necrosis.Methods Nineteen patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated with femur head necrosis were treated with total hip replacement in our department between July 2010 and May 2015, and their clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results All the patients got bone union, fracture healing and prosthesis in good position, after a follow-up of 10～25 months, with an average of 15.4 months. In accordance with the criteria for assessing the efficacy of Harris, the clinical effect was excellent in 8 cases, good in 9 cases, improved in 2 cases, with an effective rate of 89.5%.Conclusion Total hip replacement avoids the second surgery, reduces complications, and therefore is an ideal treatment for femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated with femur head necrosis. |
