| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨应用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2013-06～2015-05收治的2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者62例为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组31例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用利拉鲁肽，治疗12周。观察两组患者血糖、体重控制情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前两组患者各项指标差异均无统计学意义（P均>0.05），治疗后观察组空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白、腰臀比及体质量指数（BMI）均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组和对照组治疗期间不良反应发生率分别为9.68%和6.45%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），均未出现严重不良反应。结论 2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者给予利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗，能有效控制血糖，改善体质量，且安全性高，值得推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic and obesity.Methods Sixty-two patients with type 2 diabetes and obesity in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given metformin, while the observation group was given liraglutide combined with metformin. The level of blood glucose, weight control condition and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups 12 weeks after the treatment.Results Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in the clinical indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). After the treatment, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, waist-to-hip ratio and BMI of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(9.68%) and the control group(6.45%)(P>0.05). Both of the two groups had no severe reactions.Conclusion Liraglutide combined with metformin is safe and effective for the patients with type 2 diabetes and obesity. |
