热性惊厥患儿血清白细胞介素-1β 白细胞介素-6和TNF-α水平变化及相关性研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨热性惊厥(febrile seizures,FS)患儿血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化,分析三者在FS患儿血清中水平的相关性,进一步研究它们与儿童FS发病的关系。方法 选取2016-07~2017-07该院收治的72例FS患儿,将其分为单纯性热性惊厥(SFS)组40例和复杂性热性惊厥(CFS)组32例。选取同期在该院体检且年龄和性别相匹配的50名儿童作为健康对照组。采用双抗体夹ELISA法对血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的水平进行测定。结果 FS组患儿血清IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α水平均高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SFS组患儿血清IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α水平均低于CFS组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α在FS患儿血清中的水平均呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论 儿童血清IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α水平升高与FS发生密切相关,三者有协同作用。

Changes of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α and correlation of the changes with febrile seizures in children

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumour necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and the correlation of the changes with febrile seizures(FS) in children. Methods 72 children with FS were divided into the simple FS(SFS) group(n=40) and the complex FS(CFS) group(n=32). 50 healthy children with matched age and sex were taken as the control group. Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) was used to detect the serum levls of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α. Results The levels of serum IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in the FS group were all significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in the SFS group were all significantly lower than those in the CFS group(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α and FS in children(P<0.05). Conclusion The increased levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α are correlated with the attack of FS, and have a synergistic effect on FS.
