| ［摘要］ 加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的提出，标志着围术期管理模式的重大变革。ERAS强调以循证医学证据为基础，采取一系列优化措施，减少手术创伤和并发症，促进患者快速康复。临床麻醉作为围术期管理不可或缺的组成部分，在ERAS中发挥着关键作用。该文系统阐述了ERAS理念下临床麻醉的发展现状，分析了面临的主要挑战，并就如何应对挑战提出了对策与展望，以期为麻醉学科的发展提供参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ The proposal of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) marks a significant change in perioperative management model. ERAS takes a series of optimization measures based on emphasizing the evidence of evidence-based medicine to reduce surgical trauma and complications and promote rapid recovery of the patients. Clinical anesthesia, as an integral part of perioperative management, plays a key role in ERAS. In this paper, the development status of clinical anesthesia under the concept of ERAS is systematically elaborated, and the main facing challenges are analyzed, and countermeasures and prospects are put forward to deal with the challenges, in order to provide reference for the development of the anesthesia discipline. |
