| ［摘要］ 2型糖尿病（T2DM）和心力衰竭（HF）的发病率均呈上升趋势。两病常共存，与单一慢性疾病患者相比，共病患者存在较差的生活质量以及不良预后的问题。因此，对患单一疾病的患者进行早期识别和预防共病风险十分关键。该文对T2DM与HF共病预防与治疗的研究进展作一综述，以帮助临床医师早期识别合并高风险的单一疾病患者，并实施有效的药物干预来改善患者预后。 |

| ［Abstract］ The incidence rates of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and heart failure(HF) show escalating trend. The two diseases often coexist, and compared to the patients with a single chronic disease of the two diseases, the patients with comorbidity of the two diseases have poor quality of life and poor prognosis problems. Therefore, early identification and prevention of the patients with a single disease of two diseases are particularly crucial. This paper reviews the research progress in the prevention and treatment of comorbidity of T2DM and HF, in order to help clinicians early identify single disease with high risk of comorbidity and implement effective drug intervention to improve the prognosis of the patients. |
