| 【】目的 探析延续护理干预对高血压脑卒中出院患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取2016年5月~2017年5月在河源市人民医院接受治疗的110例高血压脑卒中患者为研究对象并在我中心接受干预,在患者出院前通过抽签的方式对其进行分组,每组55例。给予对照组患者常规出院指导,观察组出院患者接受延续护理干预,对两组患者的干预效果进行对比分析。结果 经针对性护理后,观察组患者在出院后运动依从性、饮食依从性、用药依从性方面,与对照组相比均有显著差异(P＜0.05)；观察组的疾病复发率为1.82%,明显低于对照组的16.36%(P＜0.05)；在生活质量改善情况上,经护理后,观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 对高血压脑卒在出院后实施延续护理,可提高患者用药、饮食和运动的依从性,以降低患者出院后的疾病复发率,提升其生活质量,值得在临床护理上进一步推广应用。 |

| Objective to explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of discharged patients with hypertensive stroke. Methods from May 2016 May ~2017 years in Heyuan People's Hospital treatment of 110 cases of hypertensive stroke patients as the research object and intervention in our center, in patients before discharge by grouping the ballot, each of 55 cases. The control group received routine discharge guidance, and the observation group received continuous nursing intervention. The intervention effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results after psychological nursing, the patients in the observation group were discharged after exercise compliance, diet compliance, medication compliance, compared with the control group had significant difference (P < 0.05); the observation group recurrence rate was 1.82%, significantly lower than the control group 16.36% (P < 0.05); improvement in quality of life the situation, after the nursing care, the quality of life scores in observation group were significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the nursing intervention to hypertensive stroke in after discharge, can improve the compliance of patients with medication, diet and exercise, in order to reduce the recurrence rate of patients after discharge, improve the quality of life, it is worth popularizing in clinical nursing. |
