| 摘要：目的：探讨lncRNA-ROR在慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者血清中表达水平及临床意义
方法：收集25例正常人（对照组）及109例慢性心力衰竭患者，采用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time PCR)检测两组血清中lncRNA-ROR的表达, 分析lncRNA-ROR的表达与NT-proBNP、左室舒张末期内径及左心室射血分数的相关性。
结果：正常对照组中lncRNA-ROR表达水平相对较低，CHF患者中lncRNA-ROR的表达水平明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。相关分析发现lncRNA-ROR表达水平与慢性心力衰竭心功能分级、左室舒张末期内径及NT-proBNP呈正相关，与左心室射血分数呈负相关（P<0.05）。
结论：lncRNA-ROR表达水平与心力衰竭严重程度相关，有望成为早期诊断CHF的生物学标志物。 |

| ABETRACT AIM To explore the expression of lncRNA-ROR in serum of (CHF) patients with chronic heart failure and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of lncRNA-ROR in serum of 25 healthy subjects (control group) and 109 patients with chronic heart failure was detected by Real-time PCR. The correlation between the expression of lncRNA-ROR and NT-proBNP, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction was analyzed.Results The expression of lncRNA-ROR in CHF patients was significantly higher than that in normal control group，the difference is statistically significant（P<0.05），Correlation analysis showed that the expression of lncRNA-RORwas positively correlated with heart function grade, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and NT-proBNP,and negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction（P<0.05）.Conclusion The expression of lncRNA-ROR is related to the severity of heart failure, which is expected to be a biomarker for early diagnosis of CHF. |
