锁定钢板结合buttress screw治疗骨盆髋臼四边体骨折并文献分析

摘要:
目的 介绍并推广应用锁定钢板结合buttress screw治疗骨盆髋臼四边体骨折。方法 通过对锁定钢板结合buttress screw治疗骨盆髋臼四边体骨折相关文献的复习，对两例典型骨盆髋臼四边体骨折运用了锁定钢板结合buttress screw治疗。结果 对术后X线、CT的检查分析，效果良好。结论 应用buttress screw治疗骨盆髋臼四边体骨折是一种简便有效的治疗方法，值得基层医院推广运用。

Abstract:
Objective To introduce and promote the application of locking plate combined with buttress screw in the treatment of pelvic acetabular quadrilateral fractures.Methods Two cases of typical pelvic acetabular quadrilateral fractures were treated with locking plate combined with buttress screw through reviewing the literature related to the treatment of pelvic acetabular quadrilateral fractures. Results X-ray examination and CT examination showed good results. Conclusion Buttress screw is a simple and effective method for the treatment of pelvic acetabular quadrilateral fracture, which is worthy of popularization and application in grass-roots hospitals.
