| 目的 研究肉眼血尿对尿液常规分析的影响。方法 模拟血尿标本观察其对该尿分析的影响；离心血尿标本后对尿液分析结果的影响。结果 尿液标本中红细胞浓度达到100x109/L时,部分项目结果出现假阳性。离心处理后,白细胞酯酶及酮体的影响基本可以消除,但无法消除对蛋白质假阳性结果的影响。结论 肉眼血尿对尿液分析存在一定的干扰,可以离心后检测消除部分干扰，尿液有形成分应以显微镜镜检结果为准。 |

| Objectives To explore the effects of gross hematuria on the results of urine routine examination. Methods Simulating the gross hematuria to observe its effect on the urine routine examination, and its effect on the urine routine examination after centrifuging. Results Several parmeters appear false positive results when the red blood cell concentration reaches 100x109/LL. The effects on leukocyte esterase and ketone body can be almostly eliminated after centrifuging the urine, but cannot eliminate the effects on the protein. Conclusions Gross hematuria can impact several parmeters of urine routine examination, and some Interferences can be eliminated after centrifuging.The visible components of urine should be subject to the results of microscopic examination. |
