| 目的 分析儿童磷化铝中毒的临床特点及治疗情况。方法 回顾性分析2015年7月至2018年6月在我院确诊的6例磷化铝中毒患儿的临床资料。结果 6例患儿中,男4例、女2例,年龄范围1岁5个月至10岁,患儿均有呕吐、精神差,年龄较大者自诉有头晕,其中2例(年龄分别为1岁5个月,1岁6个月)合并心力衰竭；入院后经综合治疗,4例学龄期儿童1周左右病情缓解出院,2例婴幼儿抢救无效家属放弃治疗。结论 儿童磷化铝中毒临床表现不典型,婴幼儿病死率高,心血管系统损伤是主要死亡原因,目前无特效治疗方法,预防很重要。 |

| Objective The clinical characteristics and treatment of children aluminum phosphide poisoning were analyzed.Method The clinical data of 6 cases of aluminum phosphide poisoning diagnosed in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Result Among the 6 cases, 4 cases were male and 2 cases were female, and the age range was 1 years and 5 months old to 10 years old,all of them had vomiting and mental aberration,and the older ones complained dizziness, two cases (aged 1 5 months and 1 6 months) were associated with heart failure. Comprehensive treatment after admission,four school-age children were discharged after the remission of their condition for about 1 week, and two cases of infantile rescue were abandoned.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of aluminum phosphide poisoning in children are not typical and the mortality of infants is high, and cardiovascular system damage is the main cause of death.There is no special antidote,and prevention is important. |
