IMR重建与iDose4迭代重建技术对低剂量左房肺静脉CTA图像质量影响的对比研究

摘要:
目的:比较IMR与iDose4重建对低剂量左房肺静脉CTA图像质量的影响。 方法:将我院30例房颤患者进行低剂量左房肺静脉CTA检查,管电压80kV,管电流350mA,扫描结束后采用IMR和iDose4算法重建,对两组图像质量进行主观评分,并测量左心房、左右上下肺静脉开口处以及同层胸壁脂肪CT值,背景噪声SD值,计算左心房、左右上下肺静脉信噪比,对比噪声比,由两名放射科主治医生对两组图像进行主观评分。采用SPSS 22.0 软件统计分析两组图像质量差异。 结果:两位放射科主治医师对两组图像的主观评价一致性高,Kappa值分别为0.885,0.873,P<0.001,IMR组图像质量主观评分高于iDose 4组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);左心房、RSPV、RIPV、LSPV、LIPV图像噪声IMR组低于iDose4组,信噪比和对比信噪比高于iDose4组,且差异具有统计学意义;左心房、RSPV、RIPV、LSPV、LIPV CT值两组间差异无统计学意义。 结论:IMR相较于iDose4重建对于低剂量左房肺静脉CTA图像可显著降低噪声,提高图像质量。

Comparative study of IMR reconstruction and iDose4 iterative reconstruction techniques on the quality of low dose left atrial pulmonary vein CTA images

Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To compare the effect of IMR and iDose4 reconstruction on the image quality of low dose left atrial pulmonary vein CTA. Methods: 30 patients with atrial fibrillation in our hospital were examined by low-dose left atrial pulmonary vein CTA with tube voltage of 80kV and tube current of 350mA. After scanning, IMR and iDose4 algorithms were used to reconstruct, The image quality of the two groups was scored subjectively, and the CT values of the left atrium, the left and right upper and lower pulmonary veins opening and the fat of the chest wall of the same layer were measured, as well as the SD values of background noise. The signal-to-noise ratio of the left atrium and the left and right upper and lower pulmonary veins was calculated. By comparing the noise ratio, the two groups of images were scored subjectively by two attending radiologists.SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the difference of image quality between the two groups. Results: The two attending radiologists had a high consistency in the subjective evaluation of the two groups of images, with Kappa values of 0.885 and 0.873, P < 0.001. The IMR group had a higher subjective score of image quality than iDose4 group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Left atrium, RSPV, RIPV, LSPV, LIPV image noise IMR group was lower than iDose4 group, SNR and contrast SNR were higher than iDose4 group, and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the values of left atrium, RSPV, RIPV, LSPV and LIPVCT between the two groups. Conclusions: Compared with iDose4 reconstruction, IMR can significantly reduce noise and improve image quality for low dose left atrial pulmonary vein CTA images.
