摘要:
下肢运动功能障碍是脑卒中患者常见的后遗症,严重影响患者的生活质量和日常活动能力。近年来,经颅直流电刺激(cathodal transcranial direct current stimulaion,ctDCS)作为一种新的无创神经调控治疗技术受到了广泛关注,成为研究热点,应用于改善脑卒中下肢步态平衡障碍。本文概述了经颅直流电刺激技术对脑卒中后下肢运动功能障碍的现有进展,探讨了经颅直流电刺激技术应用于脑卒中后下肢运动功能障碍患者的临床治疗前景

Abstract:
Lower limb motor dysfunction is a common sequela of stroke patients. In recent years,significantly impacting their quality of life and daily functional abilities. Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), as a new non-invasive neuroregulation treatment technique, has received widespread attention and become a research hotspot. It is applied to improve gait balance disorders in the lower limbs after a stroke.In this article, we summarize the recent progress on the application of transcranial direct current stimulation for lower extremity motor dysfunction after stroke, and the possibility to promote the clinical use of tDCS for patients with lower extremity motor dysfunction after stroke in the future.
