类风湿关节炎是一种以滑膜炎症和进行性关节破坏为特征的自身免疫性疾病。该病的发病机制目前尚不明确,而细胞焦亡作为一种近年来新发现的程序性细胞死亡,被证实通过细胞内激酶相互作用释放的促炎介质促进类风湿关节炎的发展,且部分中成药可以通过焦亡途径治疗类风湿关节炎。因此,深入研究细胞焦亡的具体机制有望为类风湿关节炎的治疗和临床新药的开发提供潜在的靶点。 |

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease characterized by synovial inflammation and progressive joint destruction.The pathogenesis of the disease is still unclear, but pyroptosis, as a newly discovered programmed cell death in recent years, has been confirmed to promote the development of rheumatoid arthritis through pro-inflammatory mediators released by intracellular kinase interactions, and some proprietary Chinese medicines can treat rheumatoid arthritis through pyroptosis. Therefore, in-depth study of the specific mechanism of pyroptosis is expected to provide potential targets for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and the development of new clinical drugs. |
