| ［摘要］ 颅脑损伤（TBI）患者由于复杂的病理生理变化常合并肺部感染，出现肺部感染患者预后差、病死率高，且诊治难度大。随着内镜技术的发展，纤支镜除广泛应用于重症肺部感染的诊断和治疗外，也应用于TBI合并肺部感染患者的诊治。该文对纤支镜肺泡灌洗在TBI患者肺部感染诊治应用中的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Due to complex pathophysiological changes, the patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI) are often complicated with pulmonary infection, and the patients with pulmonary infection have poor prognosis, high mortality, and it is difficult to diagnose and treat them. With the development of endoscopic technology, fiberbronchoscopy has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of severe pulmonary infection, as well as in TBI patients complicated with pulmonary infection. This paper reviews the advances in bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection in patients with traumatic brain injury. |
