| ［摘要］ 正常的冠根比例是临床正畸矫治中判断牙齿在牙槽骨中稳定性、是否具有良好口腔功能及各种治疗后的远期稳定性的重要指标。了解临床中冠根比例的定义、测量方法、测量工具、临床应用及影响因素等，有助于正畸医师在牙颌畸形的矫治中实现牙齿安全、高效地移动及获得稳定的矫治效果。该文就冠根比例在正畸矫治中的应用和影响因素作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Normal crown-root ratio is an important indicator to determine the stability of teeth in the alveolar bone, whether they have good oral function and the long-term stability after various treatments in clinical orthodontic treatment. Understanding the definition, measurement methods, measurement tools, clinical application and influencing factors of the crown-root ratio in clinical practice will help orthodontists to achieve safe and efficient tooth movement and obtain stable correction effect in the correction of dental and jaw deformities.In this paper, the research progress on the application and influencing factors of crown-root ratio in orthodontic treatment is reviewed. |
