| ［摘要］ 甘油三酯-葡萄糖（TyG）指数为胰岛素抵抗生物学标志物，与机体代谢变化密切相关。TyG指数可作为某些疾病评估及预测的指标之一，通过监测TyG指数的变化可发现代谢异常，有助于疾病早期干预和治疗。因此，TyG指数在临床上具有重要的价值。该文对TyG指数临床应用的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Triglyceride-glucose(TyG) index is a biomarker of insulin resistance and is closely related to metabolic changes in human body. TyG index can be used as one of the indicators for the evaluation and prediction of some diseases. By monitoring the changes of TyG index, metabolic abnormalities can be detected, which is conducive to early intervention and treatment of diseases. Therefore, the TyG index has important clinical value. In this paper, the research progress on clinical application of TyG index is reviewed. |
