| 目的分析1例采用杂交手术治疗冠心病合并Ⅱ型右位主动脉弓的Kommerell憩室患者的临床经验。方法 分析解放军第960院心胸外科杂交手术治疗的1例冠心病合并Ⅱ型右位主动脉弓的Kommerell憩室患者的临床效果。结果 此例患者术后人造血管及冠脉搭桥血管血流通畅,左颈总动脉,右颈总动脉,右锁骨下动脉血管血液循环通畅,支架位置良好,无移位现象,无明显内漏现象,Kommerell憩室完全覆盖。结论采用杂交手术治疗合并Ⅱ型右位主动脉弓的Kommerell憩室患者可取得较好的疗效。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical experience of a patient with Kommerell diverticulum of type II right aortic arch in coronary heart disease treated by hybrid surgery. Methods To analyze the clinical effect of cardiothoracic hybrid surgery in a case of coronary heart disease with Kommerell diverticulum of type II right aortic arch in 960th Hospital of PLA. Results The blood flow of the artificial vessels and coronary artery bypass vessels was unobstructed after surgery. The blood circulation of the left common carotid artery, the right common carotid artery and the right subclavicular artery were unobstructed. The stent was in good position without displacement or obvious internal leakage, and the Kommerell diverticulum was completely covered. Conclusion Hybrid surgery can be used to treat Kommerell diverticulum with right aortic arch type II. |
