| 急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)是一种具有高发病率、高致残率和高病死率的严重血栓性疾病,其发病机制错综复杂,以血栓形成与无菌性炎症构成核心病理过程。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是一种由中性粒细胞活化后释放的纤维网状结构,不仅参与宿主的病原体防御反应,还在血栓性疾病的病理过程中发挥着关键作用。近年研究表明,NETs通过启动并放大血栓与炎症级联反应,诱发脑组织损伤,进一步加重AIS进展及恶化。本文综述基于NETs在AIS最新研究进展,深入探讨NETs在急性缺血脑卒中病理生理机制,详述NETs对AIS临床治疗及预后应用的理论依据及策略思路。 |

| Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is a serious thrombotic disease with high morbidity, high disability rate and high mortality. Its pathogenesis is complex, and thrombosis and aseptic inflammation constitute the core pathological process. Neutrophil Extracellular Traps (NETs) are fibrous networks released by activated neutrophils, which not only participate in host pathogen defense responses, but also play a key role in the pathological process of thrombotic diseases. Recent research have demonstrated that NETs exacerbate the progression and worsening of AIS by initiating and amplifying thromboinflammatory cascades, thereby inducing cerebral tissue damage. This review synthesizes current research advances on NETs in AIS, provides an in-depth examination of the pathogenic mechanisms of NETs in AIS pathophysiology, and elaborates on the theoretical foundations and strategic frameworks for NETs-targeted clinical interventions and prognostic applications in AIS management. |
