铁死亡在心血管疾病中的研究进展

摘要:
细胞死亡在疾病病理生理进程中扮演着关键角色,深入解析其发生机制及调控网络具有重要的科学意义。铁死亡(ferroptosis)作为一种新型程序性细胞死亡方式,以铁离子依赖性脂质过氧化累积为核心特征。近年研究表明,铁死亡参与调控多种心血管疾病的病理进程,并可能成为潜在的干预靶点。本文系统综述铁死亡的关键分子调控机制,重点探讨其在心血管疾病中的病理作用及其转化医学价值,以期为相关疾病的防治提供新的理论依据。

Research Progress of Ferroptosis in Cardiovascular Diseases

Abstract:
Cell death plays a crucial role in the pathophysiological processes of diseases, and in-depth dissection of its mechanisms and regulatory networks holds significant scientific importance. Ferroptosis, a novel form of regulated cell death, is characterized by the accumulation of iron-dependent lipid peroxidation. Recent studies have shown that ferroptosis is involved in the pathological processes of various cardiovascular diseases and may serve as a potential therapeutic target. This review systematically summarizes the key molecular regulatory mechanisms of ferroptosis, with a focus on its pathological roles in cardiovascular diseases and its translational medical value, aiming to provide new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
