| 目的 ?分析多柔比星脂质体(LD)+环磷酰胺(CTX)+白蛋白结合型紫杉醇(ABX)对乳腺癌(BC)患者相关生长因子、肿瘤标志物的影响。方法? 通过随机数字表法将2022年6月~2023年6月于唐山市中医医院接收的BC患者(88例)分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例)。对照组给予表柔比星+环磷酰胺+多西紫杉醇治疗方法,观察组给予多柔比星脂质体+环磷酰胺+白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗方法。比较两组疗效、生长因子水平、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平以及不良反应发生率。结果? 观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,总有效率、缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、CD8+水平均降低(P<0.05),CD4+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论? LD+CTX+ABX治疗BC疗效显著,较好改善免疫功能,不良反应发生率低,安全性佳。 |

| Objective ?To analyze the effect of Liposomal doxorubicin+cyclophosphamide+albumin bound paclitaxel on related growth factors and tumor markers in breast cancer patients. Methods ?The breast cancer patients (88 cases) received in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were collected as research objects, and they were further divided into the control group (44 cases) and the observation group (44 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with epirubicin+cyclophosphamide+docetaxel, while the observation group was treated with Liposomal doxorubicin+cyclophosphamide+albumin bound paclitaxel. Compare the efficacy, growth factor levels, immune function, tumor marker levels, and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups. Results ?The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total effective rate and remission rate were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS), carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153), and CD8+in both groups decreased (P<0.05), while the levels of CD4+, CD3+, and CD4+/CD8+increased (P<0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).? Conclusion ?LD+CTX+ABX has significant therapeutic effects on BC, improves immune function, has a low incidence of adverse reactions, and is safe. |
