| 随着恶性肿瘤发病年轻化与生存率的显著提升,育龄妇科肿瘤患者的生育力保护与保存已成为生殖健康与肿瘤治疗交叉领域的核心议题。《妇科恶性肿瘤生育力保护与保存临床路径(2025年版)》[1]应运而生,为临床实践提供了权威、系统的指导。本文旨在对其中的“患者筛选路径”及“生育力保护及保存措施实施路径”两大部分进行解读,探讨子宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌及卵巢恶性肿瘤三大病种的精准化患者筛选策略及其生育力保存个体化实施,以期提高规范化女性生育力保护与保存水平,为临床实践提供参考和指导。 |

| With the increasing incidence of malignancies among younger populations and significant improvements in survival rates, fertility preservation in reproductive-age patients with gynecological cancers has become a core issue at the intersection of reproductive health and oncological treatment. The Clinical Pathway for Fertility Preservation in Gynecological Malignancies (2025 Edition) has been developed in response to this need, providing authoritative and systematic guidance for clinical practice. This article aims to interpret two key sections of the pathway-the"Patient Selection Pathway"and the"Implementation Pathway for Fertility Preservation Measures."It explores precision-based patient selection strategies and individualized fertility preservation approaches for the three major gynecological malignancies: cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, and ovarian malignancies. The goal is to enhance the standardization of fertility preservation and provide reference and guidance for clinical practice. |
