| [摘要] 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是一种严重威胁生命的急危重症。近年来,核受体蛋白Nur77在ARDS发病机制中的作用逐渐受到关注。Nur77作为一种核转录调控蛋白,分布于多种组织和细胞中。其表达受多种外界刺激的影响,通过调控代谢重编程、免疫稳态平衡以及炎症信号转导等多种机制参与ARDS病理生理过程。该文对Nur77在ARDS发病机制中的作用研究进展作一综述。 |

| [Abstract] Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) is a life-threatening critical illness. In recent years, the role of nuclear receptor neuron-derived clone 77(Nur77) in pathogenesis of ARDS has gradually attracted attention. Nur77, as a nuclear transcriptional regulatory protein, is widely distributed in various tissues and cells. The expression of Nur77 is influenced by various external stimuli. Nur77 is involved in the pathophysiological processes of ARDS by regulating multiple mechanisms such as metabolic reprogramming, immune homeostasis balance, and inflammatory signal transduction. In this paper, the research progress in the role of Nur77 in pathogenesis of ARDS is reviewed. |
