| ［摘要］ 儿童周期性呕吐综合征（CVS）在儿童中的患病率低，主要特征为反复发作性呕吐，给患儿的生活质量带来了严重影响。目前CVS的发病机制尚未明确，且缺乏循证学证据支持的治疗方案，临床治疗过程中缺乏一致性，存在不规范之处。2025年，我国发布了《儿童周期性呕吐综合征治疗指南（2025）》，旨在指导和规范国内儿童CVS的临床治疗实践。同年，北美儿科胃肠病学、肝病学和营养学会也发布了《儿童周期性呕吐综合征的管理指南（2025）》，替代2008年该学会关于CVS的建议。该文主要对两部指南的异同点进行分析和解读，旨在为临床工作提供理论依据，为临床医师选择合适的预防和治疗方案提供参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ The prevalence rate of cyclic vomiting syndrome(CVS) is low in children, characterized by recurrent vomiting, which seriously affects the quality of life of the affected children. At present, the pathogenesis of CVS is not yet clear, and there is a lack of evidence-based treatment regimens. The clinical treatment process lacks consistency and standardization. In 2025, China released the Guidelines for Treatment of Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome in Children(2025), aiming to guide and standardize the clinical treatment practice of CVS in children in China. In the same year, North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition also released Guidelines for Management of Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome in Children(2025), replacing the 2008 version of the recommendations of the society on CVS. This paper mainly analyzes and interprets the similarities and differences between the two guidelines, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice and offer references for clinicians to select appropriate prevention and treatment regimens. |
