摘要:

［摘要］　肝细胞癌（HCC）是全球范围内病死率最高的恶性肿瘤之一，我国发病率较高，防治形势严峻，现有治疗手段仍存在较多局限性。近年来，溶瘤病毒在HCC治疗中展现出优越性。该文对溶瘤病毒在HCC治疗中的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

［Abstract］　Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the malignant tumors with the highest mortality rate worldwide. The incidence rate of HCC in China is relatively high, and the prevention and treatment situation is severe. The existing treatment methods for HCC still have considerable limitations. In recent years, oncolytic viruses(OVs) have demonstrated advantages in treatment of HCC. In this paper, the research progress of OVs in treatment of HCC is reviewed.
