[摘要] 乳腺是哺乳动物体内高度动态的器官,其发育主要发生在出生后至青春期及妊娠期,并经历退化与再生。由于类器官与体内组织结构和功能高度相似,类器官培养成为研究乳腺发育与乳腺癌的高效方法。乳腺类器官技术在乳腺干细胞特性表征、肿瘤发生机制研究及个性化治疗策略开发等领域展现出重要应用价值。该文系统概述了乳腺发育的分子调控网络和形态发生过程,重点讨论了构建乳腺类器官的三维培养微环境、乳腺干细胞动态调控系统及信号通路激活条件。

Abstract:
[Abstract] The mammary gland is a highly dynamic organ in mammals. Its development mainly occurs from birth to puberty and pregnancy, and it involves processes of regression and regeneration. The culture of organoids has become efficient methods for studying mammary gland development and breast cancer due to their high similarity in structure and function to in vivo tissues. The technology of mammary organoids demonstrates significant application value in characterizing mammary stem cell properties, investigating tumor initiation mechanisms, and developing personalized treatment strategies. This paper systematically reviews the molecular regulatory network and morphogenetic processes of mammary gland development, focusing on the three-dimensional culture microenvironment for constructing mammary organoids, the dynamic regulatory system of mammary stem cells, and the activation conditions of signaling pathways.
