| ［摘要］ 肠外营养（PN）是营养支持的重要组成部分，适用于无法通过肠内营养满足机体能量及营养素需求的重症监护室（ICU）患者。为衔接持续更新的研究证据与临床实践应用，该共识编写委员会以循证医学理念及德尔菲法为指导，并综合参考欧洲临床营养与代谢学会（ESPEN）指南与共识制订流程及指南的科学性、透明性和适用性评级工具（STAR）开展该共识的编制工作。该共识围绕重症患者PN的适应证与禁忌证、治疗评估、配制规范、营养素添加规范及储存规范5个核心主题，系统进行文献检索、质量评价与证据综合，并通过2轮德尔菲专家函询形成最终意见，制订了《重症患者肠外营养实施策略中国专家共识（2026版）》，旨在为临床医务人员规范实施PN提供科学依据与实践参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ Parenteral nutrition(PN) is a crucial component of nutritional support and is indicated for intensive care unit(ICU) patients whose energy and nutrient requirements cannot be met by enteral nutrition alone. To bridge the gap between rapidly evolving scientific evidence and clinical practice applications, the Formulation Committee of the Chinese Expert Consensus on Implementation Strategies for Parenteral Nutrition in Critically Ill Patients(2026 Edition), guided by evidence-based medicine and Delphi methodology, and comprehensively referring to the guidelines and consensus formulation process of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism(ESPEN), as well as the STAR(Scientific, Transparent, and Applicable Rankings) reporting standards of the guidelines, formulates this consensus. This consensus focuses on 5 core domains of parenteral nutrition in critically ill patients: indications and contraindications, treatment assessment, preparation standards, nutrient supplementation protocols, and storage specifications. A systematic process involving literature retrieval, quality appraisal, and evidence synthesis is conducted, followed by 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation to achieve the final consensus. Accordingly, the Chinese Expert Consensus on Implementation Strategies for Parenteral Nutrition in Critically Ill Patients(2026 Edition) is formulated. The consensus aims to provide scientific guidance and practical reference for healthcare professionals to standardize the implementation of parenteral nutrition in clinical practice. |
