| ［摘要］ 子宫腺肌病是育龄期女性常见的良性子宫疾病，其典型临床表现为痛经、月经过多及子宫增大引起的压迫症状，并对女性生育力有较大负面影响。子宫腺肌病病灶由于其呈浸润性生长的生物学特性，其治疗一直是一个难题。药物治疗和传统手术治疗均存在局限性，探索不良反应更少及创伤性更小的治疗方法一直是临床的热点。聚焦超声消融手术（FUAS），即高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）消融，是近年发展起来的一种非侵入性治疗技术，大量研究已证实其安全性和有效性，目前已经成为临床医师治疗子宫腺肌病的重要手段，并纳入中国专家共识。该文对子宫腺肌病FUAS治疗及研究现状进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Adenomyosis(AM) is a common benign uterine disorder in childbearing age women. It is characterized by typical clinical manifestations such as dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, and compressive symptoms caused by uterine enlargement, with significant negative impacts on female fertility. Due to the infiltrative growth patterns of adenomyosis lesions, adenomyosis poses a persistent therapeutic challenge. Both pharmacological and conventional surgical treatments have inherent limitations. Exploring treatment modalities with fewer adverse reactions and less invasiveness has always been a clinical hotspot. Focused ultrasound ablation surgery(FUAS), also known as high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) ablation, is a non-invasive therapeutic technique that has emerged in recent years. Extensive studies have confirmed its safety and efficacy. At present, it has become an important means for clinicians to treat adenomyosis and has been included in Chinese expert consensus guidelines. This review summarizes the current status and research progress of FUAS in the treatment of adenomyosis. |
