| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨高危前列腺增生患者的围手术期治疗的安全方法。方法 回顾分析我院1998～2007收治高危前列腺增生患者的临床资料和手术效果。结果 39例患者全部渡过围手术期，生活质量大为改善。结论 高危前列腺增生患者，只要做好相应合并疾病的围手术处理，都可以采取不同术式进行手术治疗。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the safe method of perioperative management of high dangerous benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The clinical data，diagnosis and surgical effect of 39 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated from l998 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All of the patients spent the peroperative period safely and qreatly improved their living quality.Conclusion All patients with high dangerous prostatic hyperplasia can be manaaged with different surgery if only proper perioperative management is made. |
