Chinese Journal of New Clinical Medicine acceptadvertisements of the corporate image and product promotion for enterprises engaged in the research and development and production of biotechnology, biomedicine and health-related products. The forms of advertising include insert page, back cover, second cover and third cover of the print version of the journal.

The content and presentation forms of advertisements must strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations such as the "Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on the Administration of Advertising", and the "Measures for the Administration of Medical Advertising". The promotional content must be true and reliable, and must not contain any content that violates the national laws, regulations, and policies, defamatory promotional content, contents that undermine the national and ethnic dignity of China, as well as reactionary, obscene, ugly, or superstitious content. It must not contain false or inaccurate elements, unfair competition methods, or words prohibited by orders from advertising authorities, etc.

The journal solemnly declares that all advertising positions in the journal are separated from the content of the academic papers published in the journal. The release of all the advertisements is determined through a working meeting held by the sponsoring units of the journal and collectively decided upon. The presentation of advertising content is completely distinct from academic content. The published advertisements will not affect the editorial or acceptance decisions of any submitted manuscripts by the journal.
