| ［摘要］ 反复自然流产是早期妊娠常见的并发症之一，其发生率为0.4%～1%左右。80%以上原因不明，少数患者因染色体异常、生殖器畸形以及感染等因素引起。感染因素在反复自然流产病因中的作用逐渐被人们所重视。本文通过对反复自然流产病因与生殖道感染的关系作一概述，为预防和治疗反复自然流产提供依据。 |

| ［Abstract］ Recurrent spontaneous abortion is one of the frequent complications in early pregnancy. Its incidence rate is roughly 0.4%～1%. The reasons of more than 80% of the cases are not clear. Few patients are suffered as a result of chromosomal anomaly, malformation in the reproductive organs, infection and so on. The role of infection in recurrent spontaneous abortion is gradually emphasized. This paper will give a brief introduction of the relationship between the etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion and vaginal infection so as to provide basis for the prevention and therapy of recurrent spontaneous abortion. |
