| [Abstract] C-peptide and NO are the main participants in pathology of diabetic renal disease,with a wide range of biological activity. This paper reviews their molecular structure, effect mechanism and the evolution of pathology in diabetic nephropathy, and reveal the new ideas to prevent and control diabetic nephropathy at cytokines level on the multi-factor mechanism. |
