| ［Abstract］ As a kind of the important protein that secreted by fat cell, adiponectin is abundant in serum. Concentration decrease of adiponectin has close relations with diabetes and the trunk complication of diabetes.Adiponectin has function of cutting down the blood sugar level, improving insulin sensitivity, protecting blood vessel endothelium and resisting the vascular sclerosis.So adiponectin has extensive application prospects in treatment of diabetes and its complications. |
