脂蛋白脂酶与疾病关系研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)是富含甘油三酯脂蛋白代谢的关键酶,其基因突变影响LPL活性,造成甘油三酯(TG)水平升高和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平降低,导致脂代谢紊乱,与冠心病、肥胖高血压、2型糖尿病及慢性肾脏疾病有一定的相关性,但就目前的研究看来,结果存在差异,一些问题还需进一步阐明。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Lipoprotein Lipase (LPL) is a key enzyme of lipoprotein metabolism. Its gene mutant influences LPL′s activity and increase triglyceride (TG) level while lowering high-density lipoprotein (HDL) level, which results in lipid metabolic disorder. These are considered to contribute to some diseases like coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, obesity-related hypertension and type2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease.But research results differ at present and a number of issues are left to be further clarified.
