| ［摘要］ 目的 介绍抗菌药物的PAE对临床合理用药的指导作用，促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法 参考有关文献，结合临床用药实际论证给药方案。结果 抗生素后效应的存在使药物的有效性得以延长，PAE对确定用药剂量、给药时间和次数具有指导作用。结论 结合PAE现象制定的用药方案，既提高了抗菌药物的疗效，又减少了药物费用和毒副作用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To introduce the guiding role of post-antibiotic effect(PAE) in reasonable clinical use of medicine，in order to promote the reasonable application of antibacterial medicine.Methods The relevant documents were referred，the administration regimen of medicine were demostrated in combination with clinical practial appliation of medicine.Results The existence of PAE makes the validity of medicine to prolong, PAE has guidance role in the determination of medicine dose, administration time and frequency of medicine.Conclusion The establisment of administration regimen of medicine in combination with PAE phenomenon may raise the treatment level of antibacterial medicine and reduce the poison side effect and the treatment cost of medicine. |
