| ［摘要］ 目的 总结我院产科6年剖宫产手术近期并发症的发生情况，探讨剖宫产手术并发症的预防措施。方法 对2003～2008年我院产科行剖宫产手术患者1 436例近期并发症临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 1 436例剖宫产手术患者中, 发生产后出血73例（5.08%），子宫切口裂伤28例(1.49%);产褥感染21例（1.46%）;腹胀10例（0.69%）;副损伤1例（0.07%），这些病例均治疗成功。结论 严格掌握剖宫产指征，手术前、手术中积极采取相应预防措施，以及手术后精心护理，是提高产科质量，减少剖宫产手术并发症发生的重要环节。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To summarize the occurrence of complications of cesarean section in our hospital in recent 6 years and explore the preventive measures of postoperative complications. Methods The clinical data of short-term complications of cesarean section in cases of cesarean section were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 1436 cases of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage occurred in 73 cases(accounting for 5.08%), laceration of uterine incision in 28 cases(accounting for (1.49%); puerperal infection in 21 cases(accounting for 1.46%); abdominal distension in 10 cases(accounted for 0.69%); side injury in 1 ases(0.07%), all cases were successfully cured. Conclusion Strictly grasping the indications for cesarean section, actively taking the according preventive measures before and during the surgery and the post-operative care and treatment, and improving the obstetric quality can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications of cesarean section. |
