| ［摘要］ 目的 评价动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 对46例老年股骨转子间骨折行牵引复位和DHS内固定手术治疗，术后早期进行康复训练。结果 随访6～36个月，根据临床综合评定标准：评为优34例，良9例，可3例。结论 DHS系统是老年股骨转子间骨折可靠的内固定方法，可以早期进行功能锻练。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effects of elderly patients with fumer intertrochanteric fractures treated with dynamic hip screw(DHS).Methods Forty-six elderly patients with femur intertrochanteric fractures were treated with tractive reduction, DHS fixation and early postoperative rehabilitation. Results All patients were followed up for 6～36 months and obtained bony union without complication. According to the han′s criteria, the results were excellent in 34 cases, good in 9 and fair in 3.Conclusion It is a reliable method to treat elderly intertrochanteric fractures with DHS, which permits early exercise. |
