| ［摘要］ 目的 观察阵发性房颤伴快速心室率患者静脉注射胺碘酮的有效性和安全性。 方法 对阵发性房颤伴快速心室率的64例器质性心脏病患者，首次静脉注射胺碘酮150 mg,15 min后无效时重复应用,然后用微泵静脉维持1 mg/min,6 h后改为0.5 mg/min维持18 h。 结果 负荷量为150～300(198±46)mg,转复成功率为78.1%，副作用发生率9.4%。结论 静脉注射胺碘酮治疗并发器质性心脏病的阵发性房颤伴快速心室率是有效、较安全的。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the efficacy and security with intravenous amiodarone for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and fast ventricular rate with organic heart disease.Methods Sixty-four patients of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and fast ventricular rate with organic heart disease were treated with loaded intravenous amiodarone (150 mg),and dripped 1 mg/min for 6 hours,then 0.5 mg/min for 18 hours in proper order.Results The conversion rate to sinus rhythm was 78.1%.The incidence of side effects was 9.4%.Conclusion The results showed it is effective and safe with intravenons amiodarone in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and fast ventricular rate with organic heart disease. |
