两种不同方法腺样体切除的比较分析

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨运用低温等离子与电动切割两种方法切除腺样体对患者术中,术后的影响,比较分析各自的优缺点。方法 手术由同一组医生操作,分别采用低温等离子方法(24例)与电动切割方法(38例)观察对比两种术式术中出血量、术后残留和平均住院天数等。结果 低温等离子方法组术中出血量(20±3)ml,术后残留1例(4.16%),术后填塞1例(4.16%),平均住院天数为(5±2)d;而电动切割方法组术中出血为(80±5)ml,术后残留6例(15.78%),术后填充38例100%,住院天数为(10±3)d。结论 低温等离子切除腺样本手术方法简单、安全可靠、并发症少,在观察比较项目中明显优于电动切割组,值得推广。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To compare the advantage and disadvantage between temperature-controlled radiofrequency and powered microdebrider in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy.Methods Clinical data of 62 cases who received adenoidectomy were studied and the rate of residual adenoid, volume of bleeding, the average length of stay between the two groups after operation were compared. Of 62 cases, there were 24 cases in temperature-controlled radiofrequency group, 38 cases in powered microdebrider group.Results Residual adenoid was found in 1 case(4.16%) in temperature-controlled radiofrequency group and 6 cases(15.78%) in the powered microdebrider group;The volume of bleeding during surgical procedures in temperature-controlled radiofrequency group is (20±3)ml, while (80±5)ml in the powered microdebrider group, the average length of stay in temperature-controlled radiofrequency group is (5±2)d, while (10±3)d in the powered microdebrider group. The afteroperation tamponade in temperature-controlled radiofrequency group is 1 case(4.16%), while 38 cases(100%) in the powered microdebrider group.Conclusion It is safe, simple and effective to resect adenoid by temperature-controlled radiofrequency. The temperature-controlled radiofrequency is better than powered microdebrider in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy, this approach is worth generalization.
