| [摘要] 目的 探讨采用组织块培养、终点染色、计算机图像分析法(TECIA)在乳腺癌化疗中的临床意义及应用价值。方法 选用10种常用乳腺癌化疗药物及临床常用的五组联合化疗方案,我们TECIA对75例乳腺癌改良根治术标本,评估肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性及联合化疗方案选择的合理性。结果 化疗药物对乳腺癌的杀伤作用具有较强的个体差异性,10种化疗药物的敏感性分别为5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)33.3%、顺铂(DDP)37.5%、环磷酰胺(CTX)29.2%、足叶已甙(VP-16)16.7%、丝裂霉素(MMC)22.0%、表阿霉素(EPI)41.7%、诺维本(NVB)45.8%、阿霉素(ADM)41.7%、泰素(PTX)54.2%、氨甲喋呤(MTX)25.0%。五组联合化疗方案的敏感性分别为CAF:环鳞酰胺(CTX)+阿霉素(ADM)+5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)33.2%;CMF:环鳞酰胺(CTX)+氨甲喋呤(MTX)+5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)26.6%;TA:泰素(PTX)+阿霉素(ADM)31.2%;NP诺维本(NVB)+顺铂(DDP)45.2%;TP:泰素(PTX)+顺铂(DDP)40.1%。结论 体外肿瘤药敏试验在乳腺癌的临床用药及个体化化疗方面具有重要的指导意义,其检测结果与临床实际疗效具有良好相关性,可用于指导乳腺癌术后化疗。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application value of adopting tissue culture-end point staining-computer image analysis (TECIA) in chemotherapy of breast cancer.Methods Ten commonly applied drugs and 5 sets of combined chemotherapy for chemotherapy of breast cancer were chosen and TECIA was adopted to analyze 75 apecimens of breast cancer treated by modified radical mastectomy so as to evaluate the tumor cells′ sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs and choice of combined chemotherapy.Results The chemotherapeutic drugs were obviously different in their individual abilities to kill breast cancer cells. Sensitivities of the 10 chemotherapeutic drugs were respectively: 5-Fu 33.3%, DDP 37.5%, CTX 29.2%, VP-16 16.7%, MMC 22.0%, EPI 41.7%, NVB 45.8%, ADM 41.7%, PTX 54.2%, and MTX 25.0%. Sentisivities of the 5 sets of combined chemotherapy were respectively: CAF: CTX+ ADM+ 5-Fu 33.2%; CMF: CTX+ MTX+ 5-Fu 26.6%; TA: PTX+ADM 31.2%; NP: NVB+ DDP 45.2%; TP: PTX+ DDP 40.1%.Conclusion The anti-cancer drug sensitivity test plays a significant role in guiding the clinical medication and individual chemotherapy of breast cancer. Its testing resulits have a good correlation with the actual curative effect, so it can be used to drect the post-operative chemotherapy for breast cancer. |
